Upload main image here: ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hello everyone, thanks for visiting my new website. I´m just coming back from injury at Middlesbrough at the moment. I played in a reserve game against Hull on Tuesday, which is another step on the road to recovery. It was my first game since February so it was good to be back. I managed 67 minutes and felt really good. I just came off as a precaution really. Getting the injury last season was frustrating as I was making my way onto the bench in a lot of games. I had a minor setback when I did my hamstring in December but then I got my break in the FA Cup against Sheffield United. The game went to extra-time and I played the full 120 minutes. But then in a reserve game I broke a bone behind my knee and did my cartilage as well. It was a blow after just breaking back into the team. I don´t mind where I play as long as I play![]() Over the summer I started pre-season a month earlier than everyone else to give me a chance to catch up. Unfortunately I wasn´t quite ready and it caused a bit of a setback. Since then I´ve just been building my fitness back up. It would be great to get into the squad for the game against Sunderland on Saturday but we don´t really have any injuries in defence at the minute so it will be tough. But you never know, I´ll just keep on trying hard in training and see what happens. The games that I have played for Boro have mostly been at full-back. I know the centre-back position a bit better but really I don´t mind where I play as long as I play. We´ve got a lot of strength at the back, so I´m happy to be versatile. Feel free to get in touch in the Contact Me section of my site with any questions you may have about my career or life at Boro. I´ll be back with more soon. Thanks, Seb. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
